RETURNS:

1. All product returns must be authorized by Toner-Online. Do not mark original product boxes.

2. Merchandise returned within thirty days of shipping date and resalabe condition may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

3. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all merchandise for damage, mishandling, or shortages.

4. If damages or shortages occur, immediately contact the respective carrier to report the claim. Do not discard any of the shipping cartons or product.

5. All claims must be filed within a period of ten days from the date of shipment.
